Payment Information
- Public classroom training seminars must be prepaid a minimum of 7 business days in advance of seminar start date.
- DGI accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards for online registrations.
- If you need to pay by check please call 800-338-2291.
- Make checks payable to DGI Training Center and mail to 1060 El Camino Real, Suite C, Redwood City, CA 94063. To ensure proper application of funds, please include the student's name on the check.
- Wire transfer information is available upon request. Please call 800-338-2291.
- Foreign enrollments, except Canada, must prepay with a credit card and the card must be issued in the student's name.

Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policies
Payment
- DGI accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and ACH/EFT payments.
- Payment can be made at the time of registration.
- Classroom registration fees must be prepaid a minimum of 7 days prior to the course.
- Online training courses must be paid before receiving a username and password to begin the program.
- Checks payable to “DGI Training Center” can be mail to: DGI Training: 1060 El Camino Real, Ste C, Redwood City CA 94063. Be sure to include the students name.
Classroom Training
- Classroom sign-in: 8:00 to 8:20 the first day.
- Instructional hours: 8:30 to 4:30 each day.
- Daily lunch is included with all seminars.
Classroom Training Cancellations

A $75 cancellation fee is charged for each day of the class when cancelling within 7 days of the start date. (Example: If you cancel a 3-day class you will be charged a $225 cancellation fee). This fee also applies to students who do not show up for the class or leave unexpectedly.

Cancellations and transfers to another class may be made more than 7 days prior without penalty.

Substitutions may be made up to the first day of class without penalty.

You can request a full refund within 30 days of payment. After 30 days credit is issued for a future class only.

Cancellations must be rescheduled within the following 12 months of original class, or payment will be forfieted.
- DGI reserves the right to cancel programs two weeks prior to the start date. Should this occur, a full refund will be made, or funds may be transferred to another training program.
Hotel Accommodations
DGI negotiates discounted rates for sleeping rooms at each hotel. You may obtain this rate by using the Room Block Code, noted on your Seminar Confirmation Letter. Our special rates are only available until 30 days prior to each seminar, so remember to book early. Hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel and are not included in the tuition.
Online Training
- Prepayment is required before usernames and passwords are released.
- Students are required to print their own student materials and provide any regulations that may be required.
- Certificates are emailed after the training session to students who have paid and receive a passing grade.
Online Training Cancellations

Online courses are non-refundable. Please make sure you have selected the proper course as
no changes/substitutions/cancellations are permitted after registration.
Webinar Training
- Students are required to print their own student materials and provide any regulations that may be required.
- Certificates are emailed after the training session to students who have paid and receive a passing grade.
Webinar Training Cancellations
- No refunds for cancellations, transfers, or no shows made within 2 days of the webinar.
