DGI's Classification of DG's program is designed to assist you in the proper classification of hazardous materials to be offered for transport by ground and air. It will also guide you in selecting the best Proper Shipping Name to identify the material during transportation.

If you are going to preform any other job functions necessary to prepare the material for transportation, such as selecting the correct packaging, marking, labeling or documentation, you will need additional training in those specific areas.
