Phil has over 22 years experience in training and shipping of dangerous goods, hazardous wastes and radioactive materials by all modes of transportation. Was responsible for providing oversight on shipments and training all levels of hazardous material employees throughout the Department of Energy complex for over 10 years. Most recently was responsible for package licensing, transportation oversight and transportation training for a nuclear fuel fabricator. Currently owns his own transportation training and consulting business. Phil has been with DGI for over 20 years and teaches all modes of transport to include Radioactive Materials and Explosives.
